We are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Maremma, on the borders of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. The area occupied by our farms is classified as “mountainous”, even if the altitudes where the holiday facility is located only range from 318 to 600 metres above sea level. Here we find traces of the most remote civilisations. The most ancient remains in this region date back to the Neolithic period (IV millennium B.C.), but it was during the first Iron Age that the greatest concentration of human settlements developed. First the Etruscans and then the Romans left incredible traces of their presence in these areas: necropolises, objects of every type and value and town walls. chianti tuscany villa The apartments are located in a typical Maremma-style farmhouse built in tuff, onto which a portico was built at the end of the twentieth century so that more use could be made of the exterior area. The farm has approximately 80 hectares, 8 of which are vineyards belonging to the Local Quality project, where D.O.C. Sovana, Bianco di Pitigliano and Vermentino di Toscana grapes are grown; the farm grows corn, barley and sunflowers, in rotation: all the crops are being converted to Organic Farming. The archaeological site of Morranaccio is located on the farm. Although there is not a great deal to be seen here at the moment, it can be visited and is currently the subject of a restoration project by the Municipality of Pitigliano. It is in the green-heart of the typical hill of tuscany, between pine and olive trees. All around there is a wide and large garden where a relaxing swimming pool with jacuzzi lies.
Our structure lies into a central position, so that it can be easy to reach the most cultural Tuscany cities, like Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and Livorno in a very short time.


Il nostro B&B, a conduzione familiare, dispone di due camere matrimoniali con possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto. Una si trova al primo piano e l’altra nella tipica mansarda colonica. Ogni camera è corredata del suo bagno privato con doccia o vasca idromassaggio.

Our B&B, with a familiar conduction, has two double rooms, with possibility of an additional bed. One room is on the first floor, and the other one is in the typical colony mansard. Each bedroom has its private toilet with shower or whirpool.

La colazione, di tipo continentale, è molto varia e viene servita a scelta in una delle tre possibili ubicazioni: nel salone riscaldato da un tipico camino toscano, nella cucina rustica oppure sotto la veranda con vista sulla piscina.

A continental and various breakfast may be served at your choice in three different places: in the big living room wormed by the typical tuscany chimney, or in a rustic kitchen, or under the veranda with the beautiful swimming pool sight seen.
